GENERAL
Do you require a contract for recurring service?
No. Although we do provide regularly scheduled visits, we retain our regular clients through quality and client satisfaction, not through contractual obligation.

How much do you charge?
We estimate each home individually. The differences in cleaning time caused by furniture, artwork, children, pets and other variables can make quite a
difference. We want to be sure that any of your special needs are accounted for, also. When you call us, we will schedule an appointment for a
no-obligation estimate. We'll look at each room and discuss with you the tasks that are required and explain exactly what we will do. Then we'll finish up with a
written estimate. You'll find us to be affordable, and fair. Will you be able to find someone cheaper? Of course you can, and many of our clients are former

Can I get a gift certificate?
Of course, house cleaning is a wonderful gift. We provide gift certificates for a house, condo, apartment or office in any amount of time you desire. Just call us
or send us an e-mail and we'll get it set up right away.

APPOINTMENTS
Do I have to lock up my pets?
Our employees like pets and are happy to have them around, as long as the pets feel the same way! We'd like the opportunity to be introduced to them by you
on the first visit, if possible. We'll have all the information about the pets and their needs on our checklist for future visits.

CLEANING
Do we have to be home for the cleaning?
No, you don't. Many of our clients have schedules that don't allow that. We will work out an arrangement with you that will allow us access. Most clients entrust
us with keys to their homes, which we keep secured in our office and issue on your cleaning day to the team leader assigned to your home.  If you wish to hide
a key on your premises, please call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.

How many people will clean my home?
Our Teams usually consist of three or more.  When more than one person is at the job, the cleaning time is lessened by the number of people.  

Can I leave a note for the Team?
Definitely  yes. It's a good idea to communicate either to the office or the house cleaning team if you want special attention to an area, or if you are pleased
with the job or have concerns.

We contact all of our clients after their initial cleaning to ask for feedback. Every client has different wants, needs, and expectations, so the more
communication the better.

Our employees strive to provide impeccable service, but we are human and misunderstandings happen occasionally.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all our own supplies, chemicals and tools. Our cleaning system is very specific about what we need and our employees are trained in the use of
the tools and chemicals. Our cleaning supplies are safe for use in homes with pets and children.

EMPLOYEES
Can I trust the people you send to my home?
We are very particular about the people we hire. We scrupulously check references, run background checks, and require each employee to be bondable. We
put them through a training program under the supervision of an experienced team leader for at least two weeks.

What happens if someone gets hurt in my home?
Our employees are all covered by Workman's Compensation Insurance and any on-the-job injury is handled through that system. You or your insurance
carrier are not involved.

Can I hire your maids directly?
No, and this is a major problem in our industry. Our Service Agreement states that you agree not to hire any past or present PMS, Inc. employee for any
purpose whatsoever. In the event that you feel that you must hire this person, there will be a substantial referral fee that will be due in full immediately upon
employment or use of the employee/past employee, regardless or rather the employment is regular employment or on a contract basis.

PAYMENT
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of service rendered.  A $10.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not left.  A $25.00 fee is applied to all returned
checks.  

GUARANTEE
What is something was missed or I am unhappy with the cleaning?
Please call us within 24 hours if something was missed during your cleaning. We try very hard to please our clients, but sometimes we do make mistakes. We
guarantee our services, so we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.

If something small was missed that you would just like to bring to our attention. Please do call, email, or leave a note for the team the next time they come out.
But please do let us know, we would not want to make the same mistake twice.

Communication is very important. If we don't hear from you, we will assume everything is well.  We welcome all feedback that helps us improve our service to
you.
